HaKishon 2 Project – What Was in the Project?
The Land Realization Company organized a group of investors in cooperation with a developer company and marketed the land to a buyer group seeking to purchase a plot for construction. The land was purchased as rezoned land available for immediate construction.
The project included the construction of an entire 4-story residential building in the city of Ra'anana, near a cottage neighborhood at the corner of HaKishon and Akiva streets. In August 2014, the building was occupied by 16 new residents.
The building was designed by the "Mann Shinar" architectural firm and built using a special exterior cladding featuring "Prodeema" and suspended balconies supported by steel beams. The project was constructed and occupied within 4 years. Investors in the project enjoyed profits of approximately 500,000 NIS on 5-room apartments and approximately 750,000 NIS on specialty apartments.
