In addition, the plan offers employment and commercial spaces on a scale of approximately 180,000 square meters over a total area of approximately 1,400 dunams (approx. 345 acres).

Detailed Plan No. 423-1203314 is intended to develop a mixed-use residential neighborhood in southern Hod HaSharon, which includes a national park and an urban park.
